General Description
Our Sales Rep is the first people to meet each of our customers. Therefore, a qualified Sales Rep must have the ability to engage prospective customers in a conversation, present the benefits of our products and services, overcome objections and close customer sales.
To be effective, Sales Rep must have a passion for providing personal and property protection to homeowners and business owners. A successful Sales Rep must also have an exceptional ability to explore and develop new customer opportunities including lead generation, cold calling and referrals. LST provides each of its Sales Rep with all of the tools and support materials necessary to succeed.

Qualifications
- Two years experience in customer sales or customer service position.
- High school diploma or higher.
- Reading, writing, and verbal fluency in English.
- Fundamental mathematical skills, including ability to calculate subtotals, discounts, commissions, taxes, and totals.

- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Superior attention to detail, including appointment scheduling and customer follow-up.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task multiple projects.

Requirements
- Reliable motor vehicle for transportation.
- Valid, unrestricted driver's license.
- Adequate motor vehicle insurance, including uninsured motorists' coverage.
- B to B sales experience be preferred
